For a refund or exchange on any product except special order products,
the product must be sent back within 30 days.

| Before returning the product, call for an UG number. |
| Products with no UG number will not be accepted. |
| The product must be in new condition. The product must be sent with
with it's original slip. |
Otherwise, there is no refund.

| We recommend using Speedy or Global Air. Unexpected Gardens is not liable
for products returned damaged. If products are damaged, there is not
a return. |
| Returned product might be subject to 10% restock fee. |
There is no guarantee beyond manufacturers warranty. Artworks will
help with a claim at no charge.
